Yamamato intermission 2 - Matt

a). Personally developing relationships over virtual spaces I believe to be difficult. Being an avid gamer, however, has had effects of improvement on friendships. Getting online, whether its an Xbox or computer game and spending a few hours with friends from school helped strengthen relationships. On another level, I have experienced comradery with people over the virtual spaces in random matches. Either through the microphone, text or even emotes little personal experiences over virtual spaces occurs even if only for a moment.

b). 1. Live Strong Bands came to mind, people representing their beliefs and supporting causes.

c). Learning about digital cultures over a book is simply a reflection of society. Don't think it's weird or different learning from a fiction book in translation or anthropology.
